Hi, I'm Alex. A twenty-something Sociology graduate, working in e-commerce for a global fashion brand.

 

I started this blog with the intention of documenting my blood clot story. This was in part, for my own reflection, but I wanted others to be able to relate to it and ultimately, raise awareness on this topic.

 

This was undoubtedly unexpected, but it changed my entire outlook for the better. I realised I shouldn't limit this blog to a medical hiccup. Although this heavily influenced my reasoning for starting a blog, as it is something close to my heart (quite literally), it sparked my passion for wellbeing and health.
